Escapology is proud to have teamed up with Enyo to host their first ever camp. It will feature our very own head instructor Chelsea Leah and the highly accomplished Vanessa English. .

The camp will take place on the 1st / 2nd June at Escapology BJJ in Cambridge and is open to anyone from any academy.

The Camp includes three seminar and a BBQ (plus plenty of time to hang out) over the course of the weekend and is guaranteed to be a lot of fun and good for your Jiu Jitsu.

From Saturday 13th April at 12:30pm, Tom Barlow will be teaching a masterclass covering key BJJ concepts that will accelerate your skills on the mat.

Rather then covering specific techniques, this masterclass will focus on the principles and strategies behind the techniques. From there, you can apply these concepts to any technique or your own game and dramatically increase your performance on the mats.
