Here’s the workout:

Round #1
10 minute AMRAP

10x Cross over press ups
10x Round the world (10 per side)
10x Sit Outs (10 per side)
10x Head stand cartwheels

Round #2
Tabata (20 sec work / 10 sec rest for 4 minutes)

– Jump Squats
– Mountain Climbers or Side To Side Jumps
