Round #1:
10 minute AMRAP

10x Leg lifts
10x Curtsey lunges (per side)
5x Skater Squats (per side)
10x Glute Bridges (per side)
30x Calf raises

Round #2:
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes

10x Drop step (per side)
5x Tuck sit
5x Hip Heist
