Here’s the workout:

Round #1:
10 minute AMRAP

10x Hamstring curls
10x Glute bridges (per side)
10x Reverse plank tuck (per side)
10x Rock squat
5x Single leg Romanian deadlifts (per side)

Round #2:
Tabata 2 rounds

#1 – step ups
#2 – mountain climbers
