Tight Hips? Try This Hip Mobility Sequence For BJJ

In this short video, BJJ Black Belt, Tom Barlow shares mobility sequence that will help you develop you hip mobility and as a result water-tight defences, an unpassable guard, and devastating passing.

If this sequence is too challenging to begin with or you want to spend work your mobility further, you can start by working through each part of the sequence individually. This could mean going through the individual sequences or spending a couple of minutes holding each positions in the stretch position.
