BJJ WOD #88

Join Chelsea and Tom for today’s workout. Here’s the plan:

Round #1:
10 minute AMRAP

24 x Squats
24 x Lunges
24 x Jump lunges
12 x Jump squats

Round #2:
EMOM for 10 minutes

5 x Candlestick burpees
10 x Tuck ins
20 x Shoulder touches
