10x Side lunges (10 each side)
10x Downward Dog Press Up
10x Reverse lunges (10 per side)
10x Glute bridges (10 per side)
10x Reverse Plank Tucks

Round #2
Tabata – 2 rounds

– Jump squats
– Step ups

(Alternate jump squats and step ups)
