I’m back to training!
Tom and I have been breaking down my recovery and training since I started back to it. We’re hoping that as we go along, we’ll get some insight into skill development, but as of right now, it’s still early days.

I’m incredibly excited to be back on the mats, and I’m also excited to be doing these breakdowns with Tom. As snarky as we’re being, the process of breaking down these different situations has been really helpful for me. I hope you find it useful as well!
