Solo Drilling Training pt13

Join Tom for a solo drilling session. Make sure you have a training dummy or pillow, and some water.

Live session starts at 10 am on Sunday 7th March 2021.

Warm UP

(1 min per drill)

  1. Rolling Hips Side to Side
  2. S Stretch Switch (with hip lift) 
  3. Low Squat / Knee touch
  4. Hip Twist
  5. Lunge / Hamstring
  6. Windmill (lunge + thoracic twist) 
  7. Flat Arm Circles
  8. Scorpion (Hand on Front)
  9. Back Roll Variations
  10. Berimbolo Variations

Workout

2 minutes per drill. Record time to finish

  • Triangles x3 – Sweep Movement 
  • Break fall – Hip Heist
  • Step Up – Break fall
  • Step Ups – Torreando 
  • Side To Side Switch x3 – Knee Slide
  • High Torreando – KOB Switch
  • Top Spin x3 – KOB Arm Bar
  • Drop Steps x3 – Shoot
  • Shoot – Sit Through 
  • Sprawls – Top Spin
