Due to the positional dominance and discomfort of the knee on belly, your opponent will often give up submission opportunities just to relieve the pressure. That makes the Knee On Belly and fantastic addition to anyones BJJ game.

During the Neon Belly masterclass, Escapology BJJ head instructor Tom Barlow will be teaching the key controls, transitions, and submissions, that will help you dominate from a Knee On Belly.

From Saturday 13th April at 12:30pm, Tom Barlow will be teaching a masterclass covering key BJJ concepts that will accelerate your skills on the mat.

Rather then covering specific techniques, this masterclass will focus on the principles and strategies behind the techniques. From there, you can apply these concepts to any technique or your own game and dramatically increase your performance on the mats.
